Dr. Hamidreza Karshenas is an Associate Professor of Electrical and Compoter Engineering at Isfahan University of Technology in Isfahan, Iran. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineerig, (1987) from Isfahan University of Technology, Isfahan, Iran, his M.Sc. degree from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran and received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada in 1997 under the supervision of the late Professor Shashi B. Dewan. After brief stints as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Toronto, he was appointed to the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Isfahan University of Technology in 1997 as an Assistant Professor.
